Privacy policy
Effective 5 November 2026. This policy explains how Caltrio handles information in connection with caltr.io, inquiries and opportunity research. For privacy questions or requests, use our contact form and put “Privacy request” in your message.
Information you provide
When you contact us or request reports, we receive the fields you submit, such as your name, business email, company, products or services, territory, preferred call times, time zone and message. We use this information to respond, understand your requirements, prepare company-specific research and provide the service you request. Please do not send confidential, sensitive personal or security-critical information through website forms.
Website and analytics information
This website uses WordPress.com and Jetpack for hosting and website features, including forms and spam protection. These services can process technical information such as IP address, browser and device details, referring page, visit time and information submitted through forms. Their practices are described in Automattic’s visitor privacy notice.
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand website use, such as pages viewed, referrals, device information and interactions. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar identifiers. Read how Google uses information from sites that use its services and Google’s Analytics privacy information.
Research and AI
Company-specific research uses the business context you provide and information from public sources, which may include published professional roles and business contact details. We use AI-assisted research tools to help discover, organize and match opportunity information. Provide only business information needed for the request; do not submit material that you are not authorized to share.
How information is shared
Hosting, form, security, email and analytics providers process information needed to operate the website and handle requests. Professional contact information drawn from public sources may appear in relevant research reports. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or necessary to address security, fraud or legal claims. Provider processing may take place outside your country, including in the United States.
Cookies, maps and your choices
You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings; some website functions may be affected. Where the website offers a cookie preference control, you can use that control to manage the choices it provides. Google also provides an Analytics opt-out browser add-on. These options do not necessarily disable all hosting or security processing.
Our Contact page shows a static area map. Opening the interactive OpenStreetMap link takes you to that provider, whose privacy policy applies. Other external links are governed by the destination’s privacy practices.
Retention and requests
Information is kept in connection with responding to inquiries, providing requested research, maintaining service records, resolving issues and meeting applicable obligations. The relevant period depends on the type of record, the service relationship and provider settings. You can ask what information we hold about you or request correction or deletion through our contact form. We assess requests under applicable law and may need to verify identity or retain records for legitimate obligations.
Security and updates
No website, email service or internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Avoid sending confidential information through public forms. This policy may be updated as the service and its tools change; the effective date above identifies this version.
