TRX Systems research hypothesis: the September 2026 Forterra MAUL autonomous-breaching program could create questions about dismounted operator positioning and vehicle coordination. TRX DAPS and DME products are not substitutes for an autonomous vehicle INS. The correct route is Forterra’s public MAUL integration/business channel. Ask whether an operator-to-vehicle PNT interface is actually needed and whether vehicle navigation already covers it. No open work package, subcontract, or technical decision maker has been established.
